Application for Original Diploma Certificate - DTE
Application for issuance of the Original Diploma Certificate to candidates who have completed their Diploma course.
Documents to be submitted with the application:
1) Attested photocopies of marks cards of all semesters /years (including all attempts), duly attested by the Principal (File type: PDF/JPEG; File size: less than 250kB each)
2) Photocopy of SSLC / 10th standard marks card (250kB)
Application Fee :
Applying within 5 years of announcement of results - No fees Applying after 5 years and within 10 years of announcement of results - Rs.150 Applying after 10 years of announcement of results - Rs.300+ Rs.100 for each year.
